1423. CalGal - 5/14/2000 3:09:27 AM Arky,
I think the improvement happens when both the software and I agree about what the focus of the picture is supposed to be. When we disagree, it means that I probably didn't frame the picture properly, so the software is trying to focus around a point that makes the real focus look terrible.
Abs,
Could you please try the URL I provide in a different window and see what happens? 1424. DaveM - 5/14/2000 3:18:25 AM Cal - I sent you an e-mail. 1425. Absensia - 5/14/2000 4:47:01 AM I tried that too, Calgal and got an error message. May be my freaking computer...It's been strange since the middle of the night. 1426. Absensia - 5/14/2000 4:48:20 AM This is what I get:While trying to retrieve the URL: http://the_calgal.tripod.com:80/
The following error was encountered:
Invalid URL
Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:
Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be `http://'' or similar)
Missing hostname
Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path
Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed
1427. CalGal - 5/14/2000 5:04:44 AM Abs,
My guess is that it is tripod (the freebie site I chose).
How about this?
1428. Absensia - 5/14/2000 6:22:02 AM Cal..that came through great! 1429. joezan - 5/14/2000 6:25:27 AM

while 80 is usually the port number (it is picked by default in most windows apps), try taking it out of the URL string next time. 1431. Hejira - 5/17/2000 1:49:37 AM test 1432. That's a nice moniker! Perhaps most people know, but anyhow: The event known as the Hejira was Muhammed's leaving Mecca (where the traditionalists rejected his teachings) for Medina in 622, which is year 1 in the Muslim calendar. Muhammed returned in triumph in 630 (9 a.H.). 1438. joezan - 5/21/2000 12:18:23 PM
