20983. thoughtful - 1/25/2007 8:21:15 PM I can't believe it. My father had lung cancer twice before he died. We just got through burying my SIL with her lung cancer and now I find out, mom just had a chest xray and there's a spot on her lung. She never smoked but she lived with my father for the 40 years he smoked. Does this seem just too cruel???
We're now on that lovely roller coaster ride, trying to keep our emotions in check while the back of our mind is running rampant with what this might be and what she may have to face while we await the cat scan results which seems interminable.
