Why is that a difficult concept for people?
In this time of total financial meltdown, would people rather O was filling his administration with newbies who knew nothing about washington and how to get things done and what needs to be done (like Palin???) or would they rather see it get filled with people of talent, experience, and depth of thought who have the gravitas to deal with the disaster? Yes, we did. And I recall getting roundly ridiculed by Ace of Spats (and no, that is not a typo) for saying Bush was lying because of his blink rate and that he had never had a successful business in his life.

I agree with you: I'd much rather see him appoint seasoned people who can start right in and try to reverse the damage that the last 8 years have wrought. HE is new to the job; better to have good counsel than flakey pie-in-sky neophytes around him.
I trust him to take charge and get things accomplished. This time 8 years ago, I was begging to move to France!
