Finally starting to get a little bit cooler weather here in Sacramento, but it's been a long time coming. It's finally cool enough to go out and work in the yard --- a desperate need after having been in a hotel for most of last year while repairs were being done.
This week has been a re-pipe. Not exactly how you want to spend money on your house, but with 80yo galvanized steel pipes, it's past time. Rusty water, weak pressure etc. - plus it was time for a new water heater.

But personally Dad is now in a nursing home, mom has covid (hopefully will be ok--caught it from vaxxed not boosted niece) and Stan had 4 bypass surgery-- fully recovered.
