Things are finally shaping up, and I'm glad to be able to reclaim the place after two years of neglect except for the most basic maintenance (and sometimes not the basics). It will make the whole school year more pleasant, despite the fact we're still in major danger of consolidating (right now we're about three kids above the cut-off line and have other problems that we must address to stay alive) and we are having serious local problems (too involved to go into here).
It rained today and it was really nice. Just what we needed after Bob finished mowing and weedeating the last two days.
