Tonight we are having dinner with my son at an Italian restaurant near his home and afterward, we're going over to see his kitchen and the progress of his remodelling the master bathroom. He is also re-doing the third bedroom. He's very talented in construction...he's worked in almost every aspect of house building from the roof to the foundation since he was a teenager. He had the cabinets done for his kitchen...all hickory wood, inside and out...but he did the rest of the work himself. It was such a long visit that maybe you will be happy now to find yourselves alone. I remember friend and in-law visits of the past and how delighted we were when they finally ended.
Nowadays, we have no one coming to this house. If they want to see us, we are willing to oblige, providing we visit them on their turf or rent for them nice rooms in the best motel in town.
