Lady I worked with named her dog after their favorite baseball player...jeeter... i thought that was cute. And a rw goper I know named his dog maggie after margaret thatcher of course. I used to watch Felix when I was a kid --- but this was the Don Oriolo version from the late 50's. Every once in awhile they'd slip in some of the earlier works from the 20's and 30's.
I'd love to see a few of them now, I be they make great comentary on their time. I especially remember that the Professor in the Cold War Era episodes was always trying to amass Plutonium.

Hubby is chopping out and replacing the subfloor in our foyer in prep for putting down porcelain tile. Under the plywood we found newspaper from 1954 when the house was built...at least that predates me. I'm working with some of these kids fresh out of college and I realize I've been with the firm longer than they've been on the face of the earth! I was actually an employee for a short while,(years ago) but when I was selected as moderator of the forum the bitter, small-minded and envious masses who composed 95% of the forum rose against me.
