I would call it more of a dramedy...drama with some comedic aspects to it.

They are rerunning that episode tonight, Ulgine.

16080. wonkers2 - 8/9/2005 12:07:36 AM

I'm mourning the loss of Nate Fisher.

16081. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 2:06:52 AM

har, judithathome, dramedy is a perceptive way to describe it.

noooo.....wonkers2....they can't kill cutehad adam's apple Nate! But if he has to go, I hope it's by hitting a deer while riding that motorcycle he got from the biker widow....not hit by a bus, like his dad.

16082. wonkers2 - 8/9/2005 3:06:23 AM

Nate is my favorite character in 6 Feet Under. He and Claire.

I wonder if I'm gay. The article in today's NYT said the show appeals mainly to women and gays. Here.

16084. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 4:41:25 AM

I've no idea if you're gay, but I'm annoyed by jerky links to a members-only site.

Quickly! thru the escape tunnel!

Jexster Peach!!!
Summer EuroHordes:this strikes a chord.

You go on the backroads to avoid them most times.
Other times, you dress yourself nicely and meet them on the main street.
You choose When, and it makes all the difference.

"Straight people make me wanna hurl"

When did you decide Napster had ads, once you were assimilated?

You can be such a jackass.

Where can I listen to 16034. Natural Blues Lyrics?

I'm a Dean Martin fan too...me and a childhood girlfriend worked up a a skit to one of his songs, guess which.

"Authenticity is gin to sincerity's chardonnay."

Bwah!

I'm so glad I don't watch that shox.

16088. alistairconnor - 8/9/2005 9:09:00 AM

"A-ny-time you're feeling lonely"?

Only one I know

16089. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 9:11:30 AM

alistairconnor, please

crucify yourself

"drive another nail in"

16090. alistairconnor - 8/9/2005 9:13:35 AM

No dear, I've had it with crucifying myself

20 years...

And on the third day...

16091. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 9:18:44 AM

why are you angry?

16092. alistairconnor - 8/9/2005 9:24:27 AM

well actually I'm not.

I was trying to speak with levity about my recent divorce.

16093. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 9:26:41 AM

leaves you baby, if you don't care for it

16094. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 9:28:09 AM

Omigod! you're divorced!

I must find you a worthy mate.

16095. alistairconnor - 8/9/2005 9:28:25 AM

Well actually I looked up the song

Why do we crucify ourselves
Every day I crucify myself
And nothing I do is good enough for you
Crucify myself
Every day I crucify myself
And my heart is sick of being in chains

and now I'm angry

But that's OK!

because I have risen again.
You may kiss my feet.

16096. alistairconnor - 8/9/2005 9:31:03 AM

and speaking of rising again, I've got a date tonight

Two weeks we are together. Nearly a month since we met. Sweetness and light.

16097. Ulgine Barrows - 8/9/2005 9:32:58 AM

honey, you have to look up the next song ~~~~

I'm sorry or glad-
I don't know if you are unwilling in this dissolution.

You have kids, it can't be easy.

16098. alistairconnor - 8/9/2005 9:41:06 AM

I was unwilling, motivated by instinctive loyalty, probably misguided, in the face of manifest train wreck.

The kids are quite a bit happier, since we've been apart. The physical separation was nearly a year ago.

But having largely grown out of a fully justified depression, I am a pretty happy chap, and objectively my prospects are good.
