17372. Ulgine Barrows - 11/5/2005 6:38:58 AM Anyway...I got museumtour catalog in today's mail and it reminded me of the hoopla.
I am not a crook, and Richard Nixon's SS# is 567-68-0515. 17373. alistairConnor - 11/5/2005 4:38:50 PM No, that's not theft, you've already paid for your copy.
Just last weekend, a young neighbour's American girlfriend dropped by so that I could de-virus her computer... I noticed she had a directory called "Natty Dread".... badumbubumbump WHOOOOO! thirty years ago, I invented reggae with that record... I confiscated it on the spot. I still own a copy, after all. 17375. Magoseph - 11/5/2005 6:28:22 PM The Mote Cafe

I think you lost a post again, wonk? 17376. Magoseph - 11/5/2005 6:30:41 PM Unless you asked one of the moderators to take it off, that's possible. Anyway, I just want to make certain that no one thinks that I was the one who deleted it. 17377. PelleNilsson - 11/5/2005 6:46:57 PM Mago, if you hit "Post" by mistake the result is an invisible post. It happens to me all the time. 17378. PelleNilsson - 11/5/2005 6:48:50 PM To have an arrogant asshole perform a colonoscopy on you is certainly not an attractive prospect. 17379. wonkers2 - 11/5/2005 6:57:02 PM Cap'n Dirty sez, "I kin think of one er two other things Juliette could perform on me thet'd be attractive prospects!" 17380. Magoseph - 11/5/2005 7:00:16 PM Juliette , who is Juliette? 17381. wonkers2 - 11/5/2005 7:03:10 PM I have "fond" memories of the days of sigmoidoscopy. Some of us victims of the annual company physical used to call the sigmoidoscope the "silver stallion." 17382. Magoseph - 11/5/2005 8:02:53 PM Was Juliette the one in charge of the "silver stallion"? 17383. alistairConnor - 11/5/2005 8:53:21 PM Anal and annual? That seems a bit obsessive on the part of the company, Wonk. 17384. wonkers2 - 11/5/2005 9:29:24 PM Mago, no such luck!
Alistair, Yes, it was unnecessarily thorough. We had to stay over one night in the hospital. Now they do the whole exam in a couple of hours and have eliminated some of the tests originally done when they started the program. Many of the Corporate officers went to Mayo in Minnesota for a couple or three days. 17385. arkymalarky - 11/5/2005 9:47:03 PM I'm sorry about your cat, Scott. It really hurts to lose a pet that's loved the family and has been loved by them for so long. 17386. arkymalarky - 11/5/2005 9:48:57 PM It is a gorgeous fall day today. Lots of wind. 17388. Magoseph - 11/6/2005 12:30:58 PM I deleted my post #17387-- it was redundant since Jen posted Faith's picture in Religion. 17389. Jenerator - 11/7/2005 2:09:34 AM An arrogant asshole performing colonoscopies.
;-) 17390. judithathome - 11/7/2005 6:14:14 AM Scott, I'm sorry about your Kitty, too...pets are part of the family.
Every time Klaus stops eating for a day, I fear the end might be near for my 17 year old sweetie but he's snapped back as his perky self each time. I know that one day he won't, however. I hope his going will be as peaceful as your kitty's. 17391. Ulgine Barrows - 11/7/2005 8:49:28 AM alistairConnor, thanks, I feel better about the library copies now.
I'd feel even better if larky or Pelle told me it was OK, though. You are suspect with your divorce, alistairConnor. Some teensie Belgian guy told me I was wicked because I was divorced, you know: he would never introduce me to his parents. I smacked him upside the head and went away.
"Natty Dread".... badumbubumbump WHOOOOO!
Is it something I should seek out? 17392. Magoseph - 11/7/2005 12:07:50 PM Hello, Ulgine and concerned--why are you doing up so early?
Mac, how are you?
17393. ScottLoar - 11/7/2005 12:30:01 PM The pet now gone is as stark as an empty chair at the table, the place will not feel the same for a long while.
