But Mallomars connoisseurs do not celebrate by holding tastings of the new batch or by calling friends to announce "les Mallomars sont arrivés."
I keep them in the basement freezer and dole them out to Flexy two at the time, thawed, of course. He believes that I have them in the kitchen in a place that he can’t so far figure out. Is there anybody here who likes them? I do very much, but I don’t eat them. Flexy is completely helpless—he must eat the entire box at one sitting. 17775. I used to consume a lot of them as a wee one but now the thought of them makes me cringe...way too sweet.

Honestly, I'd been here and thought I posted. I had to take a call in the middle of it and then I went to look up Moon Pies on the web and I got sidetracked.
I'd love to see a picture of the sweater when you finish! I wish I could knit, but I've been happily creating leather hair ornaments this week. I've done a bunch of pseudo-Monarch Butterflies and I'm hoping to find a couple of turtles for specific friends, but I'll likely buy a bag of plain ovals that I can embellish however I like.
My friend is going to be hitting the Swap Meets after the first of the year and has offered to sell them if I get enough made. 17785.
