1817. jexster - 11/10/2006 12:45:36 AM I thought THIS was the Inferno where "incivility" was de rigeur?
I guess I must dyslexic. Read it wrong.
Come to Daddy Wabbit
And bite me
Civil enuf 4U? 1818. jexster - 11/10/2006 12:46:07 AM I love vacations 1819. wabbit - 11/10/2006 2:38:00 PM C'mon, Jexster, this dumb bunny routine isn't going to fly. I doubt that even you would want a child walking up behind you when that image from #1815 was onscreen. You certainly wouldn't want your boss to see it. Now, if you post a link and someone clicks on it, then the consequences are on them, but at least give them the opportunity to hang themselves.
And I know you don't need this explained to you.
ok, this is the Inferno ...
Bite me, you salacious onanist.
That reminds me of one of those "there are two kinds of people" jokes...there are two kinds of people: those who masturbate and those who won't admit it.
1820. wonkers2 - 11/10/2006 2:44:56 PM Jex, wabbit is wight!! 1821. TheWizardOfWhimsy - 11/10/2006 4:41:14 PM . . . and she has your number, numb-nuts!
1824. TheWizardOfWhimsy - 11/11/2006 12:10:05 AM That's indeed a glitch, Pelle. 1825. wabbit - 11/11/2006 1:11:06 AM Whoa, what happened there? Three posts missing? 1826. arkymalarky - 11/11/2006 1:52:23 AM Pelle hit post without a post (he explained it in Politics). 1827. wabbit - 11/11/2006 1:53:17 AM ah, thanks. 1828. Ulgine Barrows - 11/11/2006 9:09:11 AM 1819, wabbit
Bite me, you salacious onanist.
Oh my goodness, I laughed and had to look up onanist. Which wasn't in my dictionary. And m-w.com is trying to charge these days, no way.
My dict had onanism.
And to jexster & all, I wouldn't want my kid looking at that picture, either. And he won't.
Censorship isn't the answer. I know how to control what my kid looks at. On the PC, and TV.
The internet isn't that much differecnt than TV, if you think about it. I believe someone tried to sue a network a while back.
But ya know, there is an OFF switch.
BOOO on censorship. 1829. Ulgine Barrows - 11/11/2006 9:14:13 AM I'l censor my own kid, and that's OK.
YAY, on parental censorship!
BOO, on finger censorship! 1830. arkymalarky - 11/11/2006 4:50:00 PM Long-time people who surf here from work and others have a say too, and a link is a courtesy, not censorship. It's linked. Click it if you want to see it. 1831. jexster - 11/12/2006 6:52:00 PM Markie Mark!!! 1832. wabbit - 11/12/2006 7:36:54 PM Now *that's* what we're talking about! A nice boy from Southie.
And one for Jexster - towel holders from Ikea - get 'em while they last! 1833. TheWizardOfWhimsy - 11/12/2006 7:55:52 PM We've got wood on the set!!!! 1834. Ulgine Barrows - 12/26/2006 11:52:30 AM The Year In Review
Well, I had a drinking blotto year. Family closeness was far-flung.
I fell down several steps in my drunken forays and almost put out an eye, broke several bones, and I still have a nasty swelling part that I think is getting infected, and scares me.
Various family members are in jail and my husband thinks he might leave me and go back home to mom.
Happy New Year! 1835. Ulgine Barrows - 12/26/2006 12:17:19 PM There's gotta be a record of you someplace
You gotta be on somebody's books
The lowdown - a picture of your face
Your injured looks
The sacred and profane
The pleasure and the pain
Somewhere your fingerprints remain concrete
And it's your face I'm looking for on every street
...........
A three-chord symphony crashes into space
The moon is hanging upside down
I don't know why it is I'm still on the case
It's a ravenous town
And you still refuse to be traced
Seems to me such a waste
And every victory has a taste that's bittersweet
And it's your face I'm looking for on every street
~Dire Straits 1836. Ulgine Barrows - 12/26/2006 12:46:22 PM Serious swoon on Mark Knopfler
oooogh
crushola 1837. alistairconnor - 12/26/2006 2:44:28 PM jesus Ulgine, take better care of yourself next year. An alcohol habit is hard enough to manage, but a self-destructive alcohol habit, please no. Yes I know, you don't really come here to hear the riot act.
But really I just want to spank you. 1838. alistairconnor - 12/26/2006 2:45:26 PM Music in my head is telling me something. Instrumental track by David Bowie. A new life in a new town.
