25981. judithathome - 5/8/2010 3:22:25 PM It's still taking time for me...I realize now that right after it happened, I was sort of shell-shocked. I can't even remember what I did last summer...I had to think hard to recall that I actually DID swim every day for three months last summer!
And the tendency is to hole up and avoid everything and I found I gave into that big time and am still doing so to some extent now...trying to push myself out there a bit more now and I'm finding it's good for me to do so.
