I've also been taking classes in mindfulness...it's been very healing and empowering.
I've also been volunteering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
I'm expecting 16-18 for xmas dinner with some get togethers before and after too. So life is good.

Thanksgiving last year my whole family sat and colored together for hours. I'm excited for the fad since it means there are a ton of great adult coloring books.
I've done some semi-mindful creative writes with my students to focus them and get them to be more descriptive in their writing.
