I made chicken quesadillas last night. I really love them and they're so easy and good for you too. We use only whole wheat tortillas.

onion, pepper, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, cumin, garlic, cooked chicken all sauteed together in olive oil, then out comes the cast iron fry pan and toast a tortilla on one side, flip then put some shredded cheddar, chicken filling and more shredded cheddar on 1/2 of the tortilla and fold it in half. Serve with sour cream and salsa. Yum.

Wabbit, I love that Moss site...did you see the little parakeet?

Oh, yum...that sounds really good! 'Fraid I'll have to make an elaborate plan to fool Keoni into thinking it is some other sort of food, though...he hates Mexican food.

Maybe I could pass it off as Central American...South American....Chilean!

The oldest tree in Paris is propped up by a slab of concrete and stands in the center of the Square Vivani in front of Eglise Saint Julien le Pauvre in the 5th arrondissement. Dating back to 1602, the "Robinia pseudacacia" was brought from Virginia to Europe and planted there by herbalist to King Henri IV and director of the nearby Jardin des Plantes, Jean Robin.
