Scared older people exactly like what we are seeing in town halls are the most effective and already have gop legislators very afraid of touching ACA. The Dems must keep that demographic active because they have the most impact on current members of congress.
If they manage to repeal ACA, the US will never get it back, no matter how many seats they win. It's much more effective to use different means of messaging to young people. I'm just so fucking disgusted with it all I can't even listen to the radio or bring up the internet because I'm tempted to go see what the latest train wreck is.
And the media is still not doing the job it should. They need to STFU about the outrageous but ultimately meaningless Trump antics and hammer the shit out of the lies and coverups and the total failure of the Legislative Branch to protect our country and our democracy from ruin.
I don't know that we can recover from this. Once you've accepted that the President of the United States is going to go on record DAILY with yet another complete falsehood, that egregious and ridiculous lies are just a matter of course for his entire administration, how the hell do you come back from that? I don't think you do.
It's kind of like if somebody takes a dump on a dinner plate -- doesn't matter how many times you wash it, nobody ever wants to eat off it again.

The majority literally threaten, assault, and beat down the minority viewpoint in those places. It is not a credit to Trump's opposition.

Violence against minorities has always happened -- it happened during the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s -- but it's always against founding principles of the country, and always disgusting to people who value freedom of expression, whether perpetrated against Muslims, Sikhs, Jews, or -- Trump voters

No flights of any sort can come in or go out while he's at Mar A Lago.
They didn't say but I wonder if a Care Flight helicopter with a transplant organ for a local hospital would be re-routed? Helicopters are included in the "down time" weekends at that airport.
