I sort of knew it was because they put a tracer chip in and I didn't think they would do that unless the wanted to definitely locate the area later.
I'm doing fine...will see the surgeon on Monday. I'm very optimistic...my mom had this in exactly the same spot at exactly the same age and she did great. Remained cancer-free and only passed because of a blood clot after hip surgey.

Hoping for a total remission and cure. 7668. judithathome - 4/17/2012 5:11:04 AM The surgeon said I should have this done within 2 weeks...I have an appointment with an oncologist on Friday and early next week with a radiologist...going to have just the tumor part and some lymph nodes removed and have 5 weeks of radiology treatments afterward. The tumor is smaller than the size of a pencil eraser...and I'm at Stage 1...which is the best stage to be!
