A while ago you posted a link to an editor you said was handy for HTML. I didn't check it at the time and now I have forgotten where I saw it. Can you help? 865. Dusty - 1/12/2000 10:18:46 PM NoteTab
I tried the free version, loved it, and bought the Pro version, to get the spell-checker. 866. AceofSpades - 1/12/2000 10:21:06 PM

How do I make that skull & crossbones on-line or (more important) in Microsoft Word? 867. AceofSpades - 1/12/2000 10:22:09 PM

Do you know where I can get a big skull to paste into a document? Or other symbols/pictures? 868. theDiva - 1/12/2000 10:24:30 PM Ace
in Word, Insert/Symbol, and click on Wingdings. There's a skull and crossbones in the second row from the top, tenth symbol from the right. You can enlarge it after you insert it by changing the font size. 869. AceofSpades - 1/12/2000 10:32:33 PM
Diva:
Thanks. That skull is so small I never realized it WAS a skull, even though I've hunted through Wingdings for it.
I only found it by following your "one row down, ten characters over" directions precisely. 870. theDiva - 1/12/2000 10:33:44 PM I find the skull to be particularly effective when writing memos to staff. Enjoy! 871. PelleNilsson - 1/12/2000 10:34:55 PM Dusty
Thanks. I have downloaded it. 872. Dusty - 1/12/2000 11:03:39 PM Diva beat me to it,
but if you change the font to Wingdings, a capital N will give you the symbol. 873. Dusty - 1/12/2000 11:16:43 PM Sample:

Okay, this works for me in preview--but I can't see what Ace is doing wrong. 877. CalGal - 1/15/2000 2:07:43 AM God--two pictures of the little twerp. Enough to make me urp. 878. AceofSpades - 1/15/2000 2:11:19 AM

I got one. Thanking you for the joyous helpfulness. 879. CalGal - 1/15/2000 2:12:09 AM Meet you in the firmament. 880. Dusty - 1/15/2000 6:19:47 AM Interesting.
None of the pictures showed.
Then I went to the site itself to see the, and after I did, They appeared.
My guess is that when I went directly to the site, it loaded the picture into my internet buffer, and then the Mote reference pulled from that source.
Not sure why they didn't show up before. 881. PelleNilsson - 1/15/2000 6:53:17 AM Dusty
I too have noted that thing about the buffer. It can be a bit deceptive.
