Stupid, stupid, stupid.

You just can't admit the fact that race has nothing to do with our support of Obama.

10274. concerned - 5/13/2012 7:04:53 PM

Well, perhaps I was wrong in your case, but his policies still make him the most divisive president in US history.

10275. arkymalarky - 5/13/2012 7:35:51 PM

Such as?

10276. concerned - 5/13/2012 7:58:24 PM

This is for you, arky:

I suppose the absolutely non-garish halo (sarcasm) is to make it easier for his acolytes to worship 'The Gay One', as well as his Mussolini-like pose and expression.

Re. 10275 -

For instance: --fight the enemy (to Hispanics)-- ---get in the back of the bus (to whites)--- --bring a gun to knife fight--- ---all republican candidates are extremists (by implication) --- ---get in their faces--- --attacking the USSC during his SOTU address---

Any reasonable person would agree that these quotes or references to quotes are all unprecedentedly divisive for any US president, and not acceptable from a president who is truly a uniter.

10278. concerned - 5/13/2012 8:20:07 PM

The Buffett Rule is essentially divisive - and both sides of the political spectrum agree that 0bama has based his reelection campaign on class warfare (their terms) - which is divisiveness embodied.

10279. concerned - 5/13/2012 8:22:33 PM

0bama the unifier is history, if he ever existed. The question is whether the best choice for the US is a two term divisive president.

10280. arkymalarky - 5/14/2012 1:46:17 AM

I'm a united not a divider. I mean I'm the decider. I mean mission accomplished. I mean as long as I'm counting the votes what are you going to do about it?
Oops. That last one was another verse by a similar performer.
But seriously, con'd, that list of yours is some very thin gravy.

10281. arkymalarky - 5/14/2012 1:48:10 AM

I think you're going to vote Obama over Romney. I have faith in you. Like Ibizan had faith in annakin. I know that didn't turn out so well, but still....

10282. arkymalarky - 5/14/2012 1:49:07 AM

Obiwan. Autocorrect sucks.

Did you hear that the winner of Britain's Got Talent is a dog named Pudsey? I understand that a flea circus was among the contestants, but Pudsey stole the show when he walked by during their performance. A little advice to Pudsey and his trainer - just don't accept any invitations to dinner at the WH.

10284. judithathome - 5/14/2012 6:23:35 PM

That was a funny joke until the last line....learn to stop when you when you get the laugh!

10285. vonKreedon - 5/14/2012 6:53:49 PM

Yeah, because Obama one ate a dog he was served when he was a grade schooler in a culture that ate dog. That's funny apparently. It also apparently has some power to counter act the flack over Romney's decision as an adult to strap his dog to the roof of the family car and then hose him down and continue on after the dog shit himself.

10286. vonKreedon - 5/14/2012 6:54:13 PM

one=once

When I was a kid, I wanted to adopt a stray kitten. My mom told me 'no', so, I had to return it to the field I got it from, which became awkward when the frightened cat crapped all over my pants while I was crossing a busy 6 lane intersection.

10288. vonKreedon - 5/14/2012 9:33:43 PM

I had a cat that I hitch-hiked with all over the NE. She was fine with the hitch-hiking and getting in and out of cars, but the one time I took on the Boston subway she pissed all over me.

10289. arkymalarky - 5/14/2012 10:52:07 PM

The end of the talent show was when Romney drove by and offered Pudsy a ride.

10290. arkymalarky - 5/14/2012 10:53:53 PM

When I was a kid a stray cat got in an open window and crapped in our toaster when my mom tried to chase him out. Breakfast was never quite the same after that.

Man Arrested for OWI with Zebra, Parrot in Front Seat of Truck

Apparently, this is a 'baby' zebra. I missed in the interview if the zebra was actually ever in the front seat. I question whether, even if you could cram a several hundred pound horselike animal into the front seat of any vehicle that it would be safe to drive. Also, I question the wisdom of taking a large, admittedly unfriendly parrot under no restraint into a public area. Might bite somebody's finger off. Not sure I'd appreciate a bird spraying feces into my dinner platter, either.

Give it a cracker...
