11802. fromTX - 10/11/2017 4:43:52 AM Well, damn....what happened to the post I made earlier? 11803. Ms. No - 10/12/2017 3:55:56 AM Grrr...I had crappy internet earlier today and the web ate my post.
At any rate, I've been on a low-dose news diet for several weeks now. I just can't take being angry all the time.
Big news here is the fires. It smelled of smoke all night and was hazy all day even though the fires are more than 50 miles away. I was at a conference today where there were some people who don't know if they'll have homes to return to when the thing is over. So devastating. 11804. Trillium - 10/14/2017 3:47:18 AM I hear from people close to me that the air quality in San Francisco is very poor. Hope you have some places where you can get away and breathe clean air.
Fires along Hwy 101
Read on a random blog that the fires are not following the winds, but instead are following the highway. Link above is an illustration
11805. Ms. No - 10/15/2017 2:37:15 AM Since that first day, I haven't smelled smoke except once early this morning. It's been very windy -- but all blowing away from us. There's supposed to be rain Thursday and Friday, so I hope that helps. 11806. wabbit - 11/5/2017 10:54:11 PM Jeez Louise, another church shooting, this one in Texas.
