Yes, I was still in Dallas then. Just got back home yesterday. The closest Lifetime Fitness to me is in Arizona. I think I won't be driving out for that.
It was a good trip and a sad trip. Great to be with the family --- all 30+ of them --- and great to see old friends, but it was hard clearing out my grandmother's house. The worst of it came when I left there on Saturday for what I knew would be the last time ever in my life. They're putting the house up for sale and it'll be gone before I ever get back to Dallas again.
My folks live so far from that part of town that we'd have no reason to go over there if not for my Mamaw. So from now on when I visit I won't even be in the parts of Dallas that I know from my childhood. It's kind of jarring to thing about. I'll have to take field trips in future. ;-> 12361.
