Her house is amazing, filled with antiques and her kitchen has a stove as old as mine but with eight burners and two seperate ovens. And she has another oven in the huge walk-in pantry. In another development, we are going down to the countryside tomorrow for a couple of days. The big project is to build a new landing stage, a somewhat pretentious term for a 2x3 m contraption. I've no idea what the cost is like, but I know my dad built the floating structure for a raft about that size out of oil drums. They were welded together and then the wooden platform was secured over the top. It got us down the Tar river for several summers flying under Redbeard's flag. 15305.
