Just spent 2 1/2 hours on hold this morning trying to find out the status on a truck I reserved last week so that I could move this weekend (in-town)... only to find out they will not honor the reservation unless I drive 50 miles to get the truck.
Bah... they didn't charge me the $50 cancellation fee, but there is a $5 fee they won't refund. $5 for nothing but 2 1/2 hours of wasted time... and not enough time to rent from somewhere else (have a wedding to go to this afternoon).
Never again... and I invite you to tell your friends the same.

We're really tickled with how easy she's been to keep, so far. I'm downloading the drivers I need to show pictures, so hopefully sometime today or tomorrow I can post some pictures of her and her setup. I had to order the software in the mail because Mose lost the cd that came with her camera, and it's the one I'm using. It came yesterday.
Her outside kennel should be delivered sometime this week. She will be mostly a house dog, but when she goes out she'll stay out there instead of loose in the yard, like Chili and Diva did.
