And may you want to as long as you live! How about a little birthday cruise on the Tomater Sloop?" 18799. anomie - 3/9/2006 12:15:26 AM Thirty Nine? Life shall begin for you soon Mago. Happy Birthday. 18800. arkymalarky - 3/9/2006 12:15:53 AM Happy birthday, Mags!
I'm posting from my car on wifi.
I love this. 18801. Jenerator - 3/9/2006 12:26:33 AM Mags,
You sexy beast! Happy Birthday! 18802. alistairConnor - 3/9/2006 1:09:02 AM Not while you're driving, I hope, Ark... 18803. Magoseph - 3/9/2006 1:20:45 AM Sexy beast, moi? Jen, I'm no Ben Kingsley, but I'm a sexy belle, you know--ask Judith. 18804. Magoseph - 3/9/2006 1:27:16 AM Wonk, Arky, anomie, thanks for the good wishes--I'll be mourning this Saturday and I may just wear the burkha my sister-in-law sent me last week. 18805. wonkers2 - 3/9/2006 2:16:55 AM The Cap'n sez, "What about me?" 18806. arkymalarky - 3/9/2006 5:29:36 AM It's the only way to fly, Alistair! 18807. arkymalarky - 3/9/2006 5:33:08 AM But really, I have class two nights a week and I work on my laptop and can get a wifi connection while I wait for class time. 18808. TheWizardOfWhimsy - 3/9/2006 8:23:07 AM Happiest wishes, Mags! 18809. Magoseph - 3/9/2006 1:40:34 PM Grazie, Wiz!
Cap'n, are you invited to the wedding?
Hello, Mac and Ali!
18810. alistairconnor - 3/9/2006 2:06:26 PM There's probably already a restraining order on the Cap'n. 18811. Macnas - 3/9/2006 2:16:26 PM Hello Mago. 18812. thoughtful - 3/9/2006 6:06:09 PM Mags, don't fret. A number is just a state of mind.
I'm reaching a milestone at the end of this month and I'm actually looking forward to celebrating it. My hubby and mother are throwing me a party and I've decided to invite my old buds from work who I haven't seen in a couple of decades.
Of course, it's purely accidental that they're all older than I and I'll still be the youngest one in the room! 18813. Magoseph - 3/9/2006 10:53:09 PM It's not the number that bothers me, thoughtful, but rather the festivities in honor of it that I resent--namely, the requisite flowers, perfumes, or doodads that I really do not need or want—the heavy meal I must eat, etc. I feel the same way on Mothers’ Day, Christmas, all holidays, in fact. 18814. Magoseph - 3/9/2006 10:57:49 PM And anyway, we're young compared with what we may be eventually. 18815. Magoseph - 3/9/2006 10:59:47 PM Judith is seeing her doctor at this moment--I hope she comes here and tells us what he found about her leg. 18816. anomie - 3/9/2006 11:58:53 PM Fingers crossed.
