Last night I lost my freakin' mind. I walked out on the most smokin' rock show I was gonna see for three years to play with some asshole who doesn't even know how to make an appointment with me. And who ever heard of a girl being so drunk she can't perform? what a disaster. Eight days ago, I went to a hell of a concert, with the Spanish Harlem Orchestra, billed as the world's hottest salsa orchestra. I'm not a specialist but I'll take their word for it. The lady I was with bought me two beers, then took me home and... well suffice it to say that I suspect she's the love of my life. OK I could get used to spring being the new rainy season. But summer as the monsoon season... please no. We generally get heat storms in June or July, but we're getting the storms without the heat.
