We have sold the house in MS yet, but we have someone who wants a 3rd walk-through. Our realtor thinks he's being a pain. Luckily we have 2 walkthroughs coming up on Thursday and Saturday. We lowered our price a few thousand to try to entice a bid and maybe start a bidding war. Fingers crossed.
