My mom and I are taking a road trip to the hill country for a few days, but I'm not sure exactly when that is. I'm going to operate on the theory that at some point in the past six months each of us was exposed to some mutant strain of a virus which our bodies have been fighting off perfectly well but would combine to bring about the Zombie Apocolypse should they be introduced to one another before the end of the incubation period which is...I dunno, let's go with 9 monhts.

School starts soon, and it's going to be a challenging year. Every class I will be teaching will be different, and they are assigning duty periods. They have canceled stipends and suspended travel.
The good news is the football program hasn't been touched!
