I'm now playing a word game called wordsmith that's on droid and iPhone and it's got tournaments as well as just regular game play. I used to play it back in the day and got away from it when I got busy, but I really like it. the main downside is that it doesn't have enough players. Only about ten thousand have downloaded the game.
