The jonquil festival is really kind of late for them. Old Washington is really prettiest in early March. He's actually TEACHING them...the asst. football coach who is assigned the task was teaching them incorrectly. I work close to there and Stan and I are going Sunday. Jonquils are everywhere here, just 35 miles from our place, where there were only a few.

Felicia, the one who was in the shelter for four years, acts like she's been her all her life. The other two don't hide anymore, still timid, but out and about. Shelby has found the stash of toys and has picked out a couple favorites, one of which she was carrying around yesterday. All good!
