Their kids rarely go on field trips or have guest seminars, especially rural schools, and many don't realize what options are available to them or how to pursue them, even if they would make good employees. 4643. wabbit - 5/21/2011 12:13:05 AM I've done volunteer work with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and seem to have a developing reputation locally for helping the elderly with computers. As t'ful said, there are so many needs.
I've heard of Dress for Success and they sound like a wonderful group. Certainly the elderly have lots of needs as well, but seeing as I have no children and have spent the majority of my life in elder care...and will again far too soon as hubby is much older than I....I think I need to focus on younger folks so I can keep myself young too.
I see that DfS has a need for volunteers who will do presentations to groups of women about the importance of image and dressing the part...that might be a good way to put my presentation skills to good use.

It may be too late but if you have any Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner IN A CAN...not the pump spray stuff...it will take the wine stains out ASAP.
