There may be a magically easy way to remove it, but that's not the method I found. I got the design off, but I'm painting over the paper that's left. When my money tree bears fruit, what (if any) doesn't get spent on the CO house will go to paying someone to fix this right. It's just trim in a small bathroom. work is going well. I would say the odds of me staying on for more than 2 years are better than a coin flip right now, but nothing is assured yet.
Father in law car situation has been not too bad until last week when he threatened to call the cops on me for stealing it. I was caught a little off guard because the usual delay tactics weren't working. My new method is going to start every response with "it's between you and you're Dr. They put a medical suspension on your license, and until they take it off I am not allowed to give the car back.
