Thanks for the translation. As far as the linking goes, when you're at the place you want to link, just copy and paste the stuff from the location bar (Internet Explorer calls it the address) like below:

<a href="stuff from location bar/address goes here">Name the link what you want to call it here</a>

You don't seem to be having any problem with the HTML, just getting the address part right.

If you click on the link you created, you will see that you have included the Mote address as part of it. Not sure why, but that's causing the error.
